I have an old Maytag dryer from the early 90's. I diagnosed a couple of issues but where I thought something was fine, in the advice of the staff, said different. I followed what they said, replaced the part, and low and behold, the dryer is silent and works great! Thank you so much for your helpful advice!!

Re-Appliable Parts & Service in Regina was outstanding from start to finish. The woman at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable, quick-witted, and instantly puts you at ease while clearly knowing exactly what she’s talking about.
The team has a true all-hands-on-deck approach and goes well beyond expectations. I was having trouble getting my oven door back on (a TikTok repair attempt gone wrong 😅), and they actually came to my house to help — smiling the whole time. I never once felt like a burden. There was no charge for the service call to put the door back on, and the door itself came back with upgraded brushed-nickel parts instead of plastic, plus new glass (because yes… I broke the glass after watching TikTok and thinking I could remove it by taking out just two screws — epic fail on my part).
They enjoyed my dog and let her supervise while they worked. I trusted the entire process from start to finish, and that trust was fully earned. This is a company that operates with integrity, skill, and heart — truly excellent in every sense, and the kind of business you’re grateful still exists.

Just went in for the first time to get help with my broken dryer. They tested my part and found it was ok, and gave me some good suggestions to track down the problem. I ended up buying a part for $10 that was $60 at the brand name shop. Two of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I"ll recommend them to anyone.

Invested $5 and an hour of my time today on YouTube and going to pick up these parts to repair our ancient washing machine.
A new machine would have set us back hundreds of dollars, sent this machine to the landfill and eco logically speaking we would have had the manufacturing, shipping and delivery impacts on our heart.
So glad Regina has a replacement parts store and Regina being so small it only took me a handful of minutes to get the part!
It didn't take any special skills or special tools. Just a willingness to search on YouTube and be willing to get it wrong. I have never repaired an appliance before.
Super friendly and knowledgeable, 10/10 would recommend.
